Laraaji Nadananda is a longtime member of my ashram and a regular performer here. I saw him tonight for the first time and felt like I was rocketed to outer space. He uses the electronic zither, african mbire, piano, synthesizers, hand drums, tibetan gong, and voice in his presentations. The result is beautiful ambient spiritual electro. Tony Oursler does projection puppet imagery of faces, eyes, and body parts. This was shown at the Magasin 3, in Sweden. Shit is creepy, twisted, and extremely fucked up, thats why I love it!
